Travis was a gentle boy who very much took after his father Boris in looks and temperament, his owner Donna Cox met Boris at agility training and fell in love with him so when we mated Destie and Boris Donna was very interested in a puppy. Needless to say Travis won her over and he became Donna’s first Dalmatian and show dog, he adored Donna and was an extremely loyal companion to her.

He was very successful throughout his short career and Donna became partners in the Koroyza affix for some time from this point. We hadn’t hearing tested this litter as the testing was in its infancy and not a requirement at this time but we decided that hearing testing our stock would be the responsible thing to do. We tested all our adults and unfortunately Travis was the only one that came back as unilateral hearing. Donna was devastated and decided that she would have Travis castrated as it would be unethical to breed from him and she would concentrate on other things with him.

Travis was shown lightly with success and then went on to agility training which he loved and also competed lightly in, Travis also started training and working as a carriage dog and gained his Bronze Road Dog Title, trained and handled by Donna Cox.
