Boris was my very first Dalmatian, he is the very reason I am in the breed!!! He was bought as a pet first and foremost and when I visited Monica Davidson when Boris was coming up to three years old she insisted that I showed him. The rest they say is history; he gained two RCC’s in the show ring and proved himself invaluable as an outstanding stud dog. He is behind many of the top winning dogs of the time and behind all our dogs here at Koroyza.

Boris was the Top Stud Dog in the UK 2004 & 2005 coming second to only his own son Ch. Washakie Cheif as Great As JW in 2006. He was the first dog to sire the Dog CC, Bitch CC and Best Puppy in Breed at Crufts, a very proud moment for us! 

Not only were he handsome but also very amenable and intelligent he gained and many respectable places in both Open Agility and Open Obedience Competitions. At the time there were not many Dalmatians competing in either discipline, he always attracted the spectators being a willing competitor especially in Agility and he grew his own fan club!

He was of a superb temperament, an upstanding male who was confident in his own skin. Outgoing and happy, we miss him very much here at Koroyza but we have been lucky to watch his offspring grow and have offspring of their own.

We have Boris’s semen on ice here in the UK and with a dear friend in Canada and it is hoped to use this in our future breeding plans soon. This will be a very exciting time for us and welcome any enquiries!
