Petra was such a fun loving girl, everything she did was always about movement and athletics. We campaigned Petra lightly throughout puppy and junior but life had a few other things in mind for our time throughout this period. She had the most amazing dense pigment and being heavier marked meant she wasn’t every judge’s cup of tea, for us she was the pick of the litter and her movement was strong and fluid. She passed this virtue amongst others onto her offspring!

She was mated to Oakley (Kalokairie Supernatural) which in turn produced our liver twins George and Grettle. She flourished throughout whelping and was such a kind mother to the puppies. We were very lucky that she was happy with the whole family of dogs to be involved in the upbringing, including Tegan her mum, Walter her grandfather and our resident jack Russell Peanut. This made for very well rounded puppies!

Unfortunately we lost Petra well before her time at only two and a half, we were devastated and shocked by her untimely passing. We can only be grateful of the legacy she has left behind for us and her two children that we kept are now both champions.
