We didn’t have any plans for another Canadian Eskimo Dog so soon after Noorvik but when we saw Tarva we just knew she was coming home with us. We are very grateful to Racheal Bailey for allowing us to have this special girl, hopefully Tarva will eventually produce some nice babies of her own in the future to compliment Racheals future breeding plans subject to the positive results of all required health tests.
Tarva is a little minx of a lady, full of mischief and naughtiness but at the same time the most adorable girl. She is very much my dog whereas Noorvik is definitely Ians! She can be feisty and very strong willed with other dogs but she is more of a people dog, adults being her favourite!!

She has been lightly shown throughout puppy and now into post graduate, she has already gained several Best Bitch places and in her puppy career a RBPIS setting a first for the Canadian Eskimo Dog at this level. Tarva was the Top Puppy Canadian Eskimo Dog 2017, we are very proud of this wonderful achievement.

Tarva is entering her first full working season paired with Noorvik with Ian training and competing in two dog rig classes. She had a couple of setbacks at the first few rallies which knocked her confidence but Ian is working through this now and she is becoming part of the team again instead of hiding behind Noorvik. The team has gained a fourth place so far this season and are hoping to keep improving.

She has also tried Weight Pull which she really enjoys, we have only trained her so far in this discipline in the Novice Class which is non competition with a maximum pull weight of 1000lb which she pulled with ease.
